Our Team

Alyshia Meredith


Alyshia grew up in St. Catharines, Ontario. She began Person Centered Care Inc. after spending the last 10 years supporting adults with a developmental disability (DD), focusing on positive behavioural intervention techniques. Alyshia has held various positions within the developmental field starting off as a support worker, and then moving to a position that supported adults with DD within the justice system, and more recently as a behaviour technician. Alyshia is passionate about providing care that is unique, creative and fulfilling to each individual and their support team.

Sarah Rosianna

Director of Services and Supports

Sarah grew up in Fort Erie, Ontario. She comes to Person Centered Care Inc. with a vast knowledge of providing supports to people of the vulnerable sector including mental health, brain injury, developmental disabilities, recovering addicts and the elderly for over 15 years.

Alexandra (Ali) Harris

Human Resources and Administration

Ali grew up in St. Catharines, Ontario. She began her studies at Niagara College in Business Administration. Ali has a passion for advocating for those with special needs and accessibility issues, stemming from living with and supporting friends and loved ones with special needs her entire life. From Niagara College Ali decided to take a different career path; She went to school to be a Hairstylist. After working in the industry for more than 7 years Ali has decided to go back to her roots in Business and follow something dear to her heart; working with individuals with Special Needs.

Christina Milloy

Day Services Coordinator and Life Skills Coach

Christina grew up in Beamsville, Ontario. She comes to Person Centered Care Inc.  with experience in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in recreational, community, educational and residential settings. She has worked with children, youth and adults in developmental services for six years. Christina thrives in creating a comfortable, interactive and fun environment for clients to feel independent and successful.

Jen Brickell

On Call Supervisor and Life Skills Coach

Jen grew up in Stevensville, Ontario and is now raising her children there too.

She is very excited to join the PCC team!

Jen has spent the last 15 years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in the community and school system.

Jen is passionate about prompting independence and advocating for the individuals she supports.

Jacob Campbell

Recreation and Leisure Coordinator and Life Skills Coach

Jacob grew up in Port Colborne, Ontario. Jacob’s educational background is in Police Foundations at Fleming College. He comes to Person Centered Care Inc. with over 9 years’ experience with working with children, youths and adults with developmental disabilities.

Mark Peeler

PCC Day Services Chauffeur/Driver

Mark grew up in Welland, Ontario and was employed with the Canadian Red Cross for the past 11 years. While with the Red Cross Mark drove for Niagara Specialty Transit for 5 years and then moved onto the F.A.S.T program out of Fort Erie. Mark specialized in taking clients to appointments for medical and social reasons providing a door to door service for clients with mobility issues.

Tammy McLaughlin

Life Skills Coach

Tammy grew up in St. Catharines, Ontario. She comes to Person Centered Care with 24 years experience as a Personal Support Worker working with those with complex, medical support needs. Tammy also has a background in mental health as well as supporting at-risk youth. Tammy has a passion for spending quality, 1:1 time with her client to ensure they receive the best support possible.

Cara Anger

Life Skills Coach

Cara grew up in Fort Erie, Ontario. Her educational background is in Women’s Studies and as a Personal Support Worker. She comes to Person Centered Care Inc. with a vast knowledge of providing support to those in the vulnerable sector including mental health, brain injury, developmental disabilities, addictions issues and the elderly.

MaryJo Rider

Life Skills Coach

MaryJo grew up in Fort Erie, Ontario. She began supporting individuals over 15 years ago. MaryJo has held several positions in various fields of health care including retirement, brain injury and developmental services. MaryJo is passionate about bringing fun and laughter to all of her clients.

Melissa Armstrong

Life Skills Coach

Melissa has lived in Ridgeway Ontario her whole life. She has an educational background in Social Work and experience working individuals of all ages within the vulnerable sector. She specializes in supporting those with behavioural, mental health and addictions issues.

Tom Francey

Life Skills Coach - Focusing on Coping Skills Development and 

Problem Solving Techniques

Tom grew up in St. Catharines, Ontario. He comes to Person Centered Care Inc. as a Life Skills Coach that focuses on Coping Skills Development. Tom has over 36 years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities and has held various positions throughout his career. Tom spent most of his career as a Behavior Therapist that specialized in supporting those living independently, married and/or raising children. Tom also experienced the transformation of

facility-based supports to community-based supports.

Judy Mitchell

Volunteer Extraordinaire

Judy grew up in St. Catharines and moved to Crystal Beach 30yrs ago.

Judy recently retired and became passionate about helping others and making a difference in people’s lives. She started volunteering at PCC Inc. over 1 year ago.

Brandon Simons

LIfe Skills Coach

Brandon is an Educational assistant with a background in the school system.  Brandon comes to us with 14 years experience of supporting individuals in various social service settings.  Brandon also operates his own private day program for young men in Port Colborne called the Anchor Club.

Aaron Thompson

LIfe Skills Coach

Aaron was born and raised in Port Colborne, Ontario. He is currently in his second year at Niagara College in the Education Assistant – Special Needs Support program.

Julia Deveau

LIfe Skills Coach

Julia grew up in Fort Erie and is in her second year at Niagara College for the Educational Assistant – Special Needs Support Program.

Julia Volunteers for a non-profit organization that supports people with various diagnosis for the last 5 years.

Bailey Moran

LIfe Skills Coach

Bailey was born and raised in Fort Erie, Ontario. She graduated from St. Lawrence College with a diploma in Social Service Work. She went on to continue her education at Niagara College and graduated with a diploma in Autism and Behavioural Science. Bailey has been working with both youth and adults with various diagnosis for 4 years.
